What Light Dances at the Center of You?

When I wake up, I am grateful to have woken up and to live another day. Life is a gift. Each breath is a prayer...an opening...an opportunity to savor my life and all that life has to offer...all is held within the inhales and the exhales of your breath. You are eternal. What light can you shine on your life between your inhales and exhales?

Each incarnation is an invitation to expand your soul's expression and to foster the loving and innate gifts you brought with you that dwell in your heart. What light dances at the center of you?

The light that dances at the center of me is the interconnectedness I feel to all of life. I especially feel it all when I am walking or immersed in nature.

I feel my interconnectedness with all of life when someone I love has become ill or ones that have passed away and transitioned into their next life. Each illness and death has brought insights, a deeper knowing, and understanding into my heart. Often times cracking my heart open wide, and all of the feelings I felt, fueled the light in me to become brighter. I asked these questions to myself; "How have I served in my life? How have I loved? Have I shared any unfinished business with this person? Is there anything I need to forgive? Does this person know how much their presence in my life made a difference to me? Do they know how very much they are loved? Each illness, each loss of life helped me to turn inwards and brought me closer to my inner world and my purpose.

I witness the community amongst the plants, trees, birds, animals, the earth, and all of the elements. They are in alignment with their true nature. Humans can sometimes struggle with their true purpose. Look within and seek to access what fills your heart with joy, connection, and love and move your life in that direction. Speak and create the life of your dreams from the essence of your light.

When you gaze into another's eyes you have access to their heart. The more sensitive I become, the subtle knowing I feel inside increases. I feel it in my body in many subtle ways. Meeting another soul where they are in their life and on their journey is a beautiful invitation to share insights I have gleaned from my life and experiences. I can feel, sense, and know when someone needs support, guidance, and love. Especially with those who are going through a loss or are in a state of grief.

I know what it is like to be in the center of loss and grief. It is like being mired in quicksand or thick mud making each step feel extremely challenging to move through. It takes great effort to move forward, to think clearly, to react, and to respond to the life around you that keeps going on without that person you loved. Your heart needs to feel the lessons, as hard and as challenging as grief's lessons are...lean into them and allow them to teach you, to open you up, to shed the tears that need to be shed.

Be gentle with yourself. Be compassionate with yourself. Love yourself through the grief. Grief takes time to process. Be kind, gentle, sweet, and fill yourself up with love.

If you are currently experiencing a loss or sitting with someone you love that is dying. Be open and honest with them. Tell them, with love and kindness, what you have wanted to say to them. Forgive anything that needs to be forgiven. Express your love for them and it may open a doorway for them to speak what has been too difficult to express to you. Healing can happen and it is profound. Live from your heart and she will guide you every step of the way.
