The Power of Unhiding Your Truth

The power of unhiding the truth of who I am has brought me greater inner peace, understanding, and clarity. My transition from silent, internal strength to unhidden, spoken, and written truth has been a profound spiritual evolution for me. It has been quite a journey of discovering who I am.
The 12 Archangels channeled by Author Belinda Womack lovingly encouraging me to begin to write this blog back in 2020 woke me up to aligning myself with my soul's blueprint. I am grateful beyond words for their guidance.
Writing has provided a safe, expansive container to anchor celestial guidance into my physical world. I was born during a total solar eclipse and for an eclipse born soul, my words carry a specific frequency of breaking old cycles and revealing hidden truths.
All amplified through the most recent Lion's Gate portal that began July 28th, peaked on August 8 and ended on August 12th by flowing into the total solar eclipse creating a wave of rebirth, release, and transformation. I am a bridge between the seen and unseen worlds.
We each have a song in our hearts that needs to be sung in order for the entire symphony of life to harmonize together in unison, peace, grace, gratitude, and unconditional love. How when we wake up to who we truly are and why we are here we invite heaven on earth into our lives. Peace is always available when you go into stillness, center, and tune into the presence that resides within.
"The inspiration you seek
is already within you.
Be silent and listen.
- Rumi
Each breath we take and every moment we are here is a precious gift. We are being asked to remember, remember, remember, you came here with a purpose to be yourself and to share your creative gifts. We are here to awaken into this magical time and to get out of our thinking mind and to truly live from the center of our heart.
Being raised in a large, noisy, lots of times sarcastic, Irish Catholic family was hugely marked by limitations in space, material goods, acknowledgement, and love. This was my first initiation into this life. I have been invited to heal and transform my DNA back into love by forgiving all that I experienced growing up with my family of origin.
The 12 Archangels taught me to plug into source energy and to stay in my heart and to feel everything...even the things I don't want to feel. Lift up the hurts, fear, old baggage I have carried, into the color of purple, violet fire of transformation from the crown chakra and transform everything that is not love through forgiveness and gratitude.
I forgive it all and I give it all back to source to transform it all back into love. I am not a victim in this life and I take responsibility that I chose these parents and this family for this incarnation. I chose them for what they could teach me and for all the things I could transform through compassionate understanding, forgiveness, and LOVE.
Throughout my life, I've naturally sought out places of refuge. As a child, I was attracted to the sacredness of churches, the tranquility of nature, and the peacefulness of libraries. These places offered quiet, orderly environments and unlimited access to knowledge, whether through silent reflection or the countless books available for free at the library.
Walking in nature, being in a garden, running, swimming at the beach, riding my bike, and climbing trees offered me the uplifting, energetic space and freedom for the peace I longed for as a sensitive child and these activities and spaces still provide sanctuary for me every, single, day.
During my yoga teacher training, I learned how to chant with a mala. I bought this sandalwood mala at the yoga center in Minneapolis years ago. Sanskrit words and chanting were new to me. Although I didn't realize its power back then, I enjoyed breathing in unison with my fellow yogis and chanting ancient Sanskrit mantras in the tranquil setting of a yoga studio. It brought us all together.
I have chanted on and off for years, but there were plenty of times when my judgments of how I sounded got in the way, or it seemed "a bit too woo woo," so I chanted silently. I wear mala bracelets daily made out of beautiful crystals from Love Pray Jewelry. Each crystal carries a different frequency and spiritual meaning to me and I love wearing them and having immediate access to a mala.
On this day I brought my sandalwood mala with me to chant the Gayatri mantra at Mama Oak. I placed it hanging on my beloved tree for the picture for this post.
Mama Oak has become a sacred place of refuge for me near my home and I visit her often. She is a link between earth and sky and tucked into the woods just off the path that encircles my neighborhood.
I go and sit on her large roots and lean my back into her ancient trunk, close my eyes, and energetically open the backdoor of my heart as I breathe in. She is a silent keeper of wisdom. An ancient symbol for enduring strength and her ability to weather severe storms has encouraged me to remember my own inner power during the challenging times I have endured...my own storms.
She embraced my grief when I lost brothers and a sister too soon. She knows my secrets and quietly witnesses and accepts it all and feeds it to the earth. Yesterday, I climbed her with Rosie as my witness.

For the last several weeks I have been chanting the Gayatri Mantra leading up to the Lion's Gate portal with the Archangel Raphael community on Sunday mornings and by myself daily.
On a few occasions I went to Mama Oak to chant this ancient chant from the Vedas with Rosie.
A true circle when human support is missing, the earth and sky provide unshakable, non-judgmental stability when I want to root down and ground myself to the earth while I receive angelic guidance through my crown chakra.
I close my eyes, bow my head, and enter this sacred space and acknowledge those invisible ones that walk beside me as I open my heart to receive.
Chanting the Gayatri mantra has been an activator that opens my throat chakra and clears what does not serve me. By singing this ancient mantra it opens my heart and is retraining my body and spirit to feel completely powerful and safe expressing my truth. I am standing in the light of who I am.

When I chant the Gayatri mantra I keep a large glass of water near me. The sound moves through the water and through the trillions of cells in my body creating a harmonic resonance within me and around me.
Water is conscious and touches all of life. It carries the blessings of the mantra. Blessings in the water bring healing and transformation to your life. It helps you to face any fears you may experience during the dark night of the soul.
On the closing day of the Lion's Gate, the 12th of August and the total solar eclipse I took the blessed water and drank some. I poured some of the blessed water into my bird bath and a mourning dove stopped by for a drink every day before I would go into meditation.
Gayatri Mantra
Om Bhur Bhuvah Swaha
Tat Savitur Varenyam
Bhargo Devasya Dhimai
Dhiyo Yo Nyah Prachodayet
chant 108 times
I traveled to many of my favorite bodies of water (I live in the state with over 15,000 lakes) Prior Lake, Lake Harriet, Lake Nokomis, the Minnesota River, boiling springs, Minnehaha Falls that flows into the Mississippi River, the ponds behind my home, and I poured the last bit on the roots of Mama Oak.
I vowed to carry this blessed water to the waters around me that I love and enjoy being near. To sit in presence with it and honor its sacredness by adding some of the blessed water from my meditations to the larger bodies of water.
Whisper sweet blessings of gratitude into your water before you drink it or use it for the multitude of ways water is there for you in your life. There would be no life without water. Water is sacred and touches everything, everything, everything.
Meet me where my soul remembers. Peace, light, gratitude, and love. Aho
