Resonance of Presence

Pausing and breathing deeply into the present moment brings me into a quiet place of resonance of presence within my heart. A place where I can softly tune in and shift my vibration from the chaos in the external world and feel the peaceful presence of my beautiful, loving, spiritual team within and connect.
I do not see them, my spiritual team, but I FEEL them in the truth bumps that raise my flesh and tingle across my skull and run up and down my spinal column. I see their message of LOVE being present in the bubbles that formed magically into the shape of a heart in my cup of Irish Breakfast tea. (After I set the intention to let love and forgiveness flow through all of us at lunch...sisters/family have a way of triggering reactions that do not serve.)
Tea is healing in a myriad of ways. Building a relationship with your higher self and your team takes TEA=time, energy, attention.
Having a spiritual resonance with my Angels, Guides, and loved ones beyond this physical world requires me to become still, and call them in and listen to the answers to any questions or concerns I have posed to them. l call on them often throughout each day. Working closely with my spiritual team is a beautiful and collaborative effort.
Breathing in I can feel the peaceful essence of who I truly am - the peace that resides within. The silent observer. The inner witness. I can touch the core essence of who I am and unravel, unwind, and build a connection of trust with my team and my higher self.
When I go to my inner sanctum of heart, I can more easily ride the waves of emotions and feel into the energy of the world around me and remain peaceful, present, and neutral. I can offer a peaceful presence to all I come into contact. My energies merge effortlessly when I come with a resounding vibration of inner peace, acceptance, compassion, forgiveness, and love.
Listen to the inner silence. Do not think or try to fix your way through challenges, align to your wholeness and invite in harmony that is held within the bigger picture. Keep breathing deeply, slowly, and find your own rhythm. Slow your breathing down even more and this is tuning in. Give it a try and notice the difference it will make in how your life begins to flow with the current instead of against it.
Hold the vision and resonance of peace, compassion, forgiveness, and love. Open your heart wide and become neutral where peace resides. Remember your higher self and Soul are always guiding your life.
Close your eyes and breathe. Imagine a spiral coming down from your head and emptying into your heart. A vortex of clarity, connection, truth, and love are riding on your breath. Invite in a conversation with your higher self and lift your vibration. Begin to have a dialogue. The answers are all within. Nothing is outside of you. Awaken to the truth of who you are and why you are here at this time.
"Let's begin, all is sacred. Your presence and resonance is sacred. Your pen is a sacred tool to assist you in putting words down onto the paper for you and others to read and to feel the sacred energy that flows through your sacred vessel. We honor your willingness to partake in this grand adventure called life on earth. We are here always in all ways loving you all from just right here.
Breathe and be forever present and grounded into this now moment. The present is where you have access to the wealth of wisdom that flows in your life, touches hearts, and ignites the flame of desire that is always burning. Your Soul came here with a mission you agreed to participate in prior to this incarnation. Are you listening? Where you put your intention is where your light shines brightly.
You are loved. You are held always in the frequency of love. There is only love. All is divine. Choose love. Choose to love the ones you are with. Your authentic essence is love and truth."
I would like to leave you with a prayer I learned years ago in a peace medicine class. An ancient healing prayer from Hawaii called, Ho'oponopono Prayer.
Ho'oponopono Prayer
I am sorry,
please forgive me,
thank you,
I love you.
The prayer is used as a mantra. Repeat it as many times as you would like. Everything in life is a mirror. We have light and dark within us. We forgive ourselves as we forgive others and we will invite in taking responsibility, forgiveness, gratitude, and love. It is a healing prayer. Peace, light, and so much love to all.
Be present. So simple and beautiful! 🥰😘
You are an evolved soul with such grace flowing throughout your writing. I am taking the time to disengage and create - disengage with the tilt a whirl of the world news and creating from my heart. Appreciate your writing!!!
Presence and connection…beautiful.
